Bod · y Blog:   (bÖd ́ë blÖg) n   A Body Blog is a message from your body to your brain to alert you to the fact that there is a condition that needs your attention. 

Our bodies are Blogging us 24/7 and most of the times we do respond to some of the Blogs:

Hungry – Eat; Tired – Sleep; Thirsty – Drink.

 Other times we do not listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us.   I mean REALLY TRYING TO TELL US…

Body Blogs is based in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and focuses on how we can keep our bodies healthy and in balance by choosing the correct foods for the different body systems.

 

There is a direct  correlation between:

 

Our Thoughts

Our Emotions

Our Organs

and

What we ingest!  

 

 

and it is this correlation that either keeps our bodies healthy and in balance or in dis-comfort and in dis-ease.  Remember our thoughts, our emotions, our organs and what we ingest is what keeps us in perfect health or not! 

 

 

We offer valuable information about the body organs, how they are affected by our thoughts, our emotions and what we ingest or what we should ingest to keep them balanced and healthy! 

 

Using foods as the perfect medicine and combining them into blendable ways to eat  will keep the body’s organs running at peak performance and in turn keep the body in perfect balance and perfect health!. 

 

  

 
 
 
 

There are three ways that the body will react to a substance being introduced into the body:

It will accept it,

It will remain neutral or

It will reject it.

 

If the body accepts the substance there will be no reaction and you will begin to  feel better right away!

 

If the body remains neutral it means that the substance is not an immediate threat and the body will place the substance under observation.

 

If the body rejects the substance there will be severe reactions to the substance… Heat or fever ( the body is trying to burn the invader out of the system) chills, rash, dizziness, jittery, lethargy, depression, any symptom that does not feel comfortable. 

 

This site is not intended to be a diagnostic tool but a guide to supplement any conditions that a person may already have that was diagnosed by a physician or health practitioner - or - for someone who is in perfect health and just wants to supplement their basic knowledge.
